What is Supervised Testing?
We program the security alarm system to automatically send in a test signal once a week. You don't have to do a thing! If we do not receive that test signal, our system generates an alert. Hence, we will notify you.
Why would I need it?
If you change your phone provider, move your mode, or have internet work done and do not test before they leave. You go on vacation and put your phone service on vacation hold. You decided to get rid of your home phone...
All of these things can cause your system NOT to communicate.
